Comcast/Xfinity – What’s Going On?


June 26, 2017 – Comcast X-Finity Voice May Affect the Monitoring of your ADT Security System

With our recent change to Comcast, please be aware that the communication of your security system could be affected if you are using Comcast X-Finity Voice.  If you’ve already transitioned to Comcast, it’s important to confirm that your system is communicating with ADT’s monitoring center.  Please call ADT’s Community Association Team at 800-878-7806 and ask them to help you test your system over the telephone.
If you haven’t already changed to Comcast, please call ADT’s Community Association Team at 800-878-7806 before the Comcast technician leaves your home and ask them to help you test your system.  It only takes a few minutes.  If ADT does not receive your test signal, the Comcast technician will need to re-establish communication before leaving your home. 
 
If an ADT service call is required, you will need to call 800-878-7806 to schedule.  There will be labor charged at a rate of $105.00/hour.

May 30, 2017 – COMCAST INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS

Time to make your appointment for Xfinity installation!

Beginning June 1, Comcast personnel will be able to take your order and schedule your installation appointment.  You have one(1) year to obtain free installation.  Deal codes for the VillageWalk contract will not be available in their system until this time, so please refrain from contacting them prematurely to ensure your billing codes are right so that you get your bill credited correctly.

There are 3 ways to schedule your installation:

1)  Call the Comcast Bulk Services Help Desk at 1-800-XFINITY.   This desk operates from 6am-midnight daily.

2)  Go to the Xfinity store located at: 10600 Tamiami Trail, Suite 604 Naples, FL 34108

3)  Attend an onsite event in the card room in the Town Center.  These will be held June 5-9 from 11am-3pm and June 13 & 14 from 3-7pm.

Our contract includes the following hardware:

1 X1 HD DVR,

2 X1 HD Converter Boxes,

2 HD Digital Adapters,

1 Wireless Gateway,

Blast Internet,

professional installation including a wiring check.

  Service includes TV channels included in Limited Basic, Digital Starter and Music Choice and Blast Internet service.
