Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee is an official committee of the Board charged with regulating any construction, the external appearance, and property improvements in such a manner as to comply with and meet the Community-Wide Standard, to best preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegetation and topography. The Board of Directors has given this committee limited powers to approve or deny architectural changes.
The committee consists of three or more persons appointed by the Board. The function of the committee is to ensure that all architectural changes are in compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Assistant Town Manager acts as Chair of the Committee.
A more precise description of the committee is set out in the VillageWalk Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
