Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee is an official Committee of the Board charged with regulating any construction, external appearance, and property improvements in such a manner as to comply with and meet the Community-Wide Standard. In order to best preserve and enhance values, to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, natural vegetation and topography. The Board of Directors has given this committee limited powers to approve or deny architectural changes.
The committee consists of three or more persons appointed by the Board. The function of the committee is to ensure that all architectural changes are in compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
