The Covenants Committee is an official committee of the Board, charged with reviewing violations of the VillageWalk Declarations, Covenants and Restrictions and assisting the Town Manager with issues relating to these documents.
This committee carries out its mandate at a overview level; it is not intended to undertake detailed reviews more appropriately the responsibility of Southwest Property Management.
Members of this committee will have some experience in setting and/or administering policy. This committee normally includes between five and seven owners, together with Town Manager. Ideally, at least half of the owners on the committee will regard VillageWalk as their primary residence.
The committee meets at least quarterly. There are 5 permanent and 5 alternate members of the committee
